Redevelopment of the Former Sikh Temple Siri Guru Nanak Darbar, to accommodate 14 residential apartments with ancillary cycle and bin storage facilities.

Conversion commercial to residential; offices to 9 plus an additional 11 flats.

Alterations to the existing building to create an additional 5nr residential units and amenity space. The proposed will be facilitated by extension to the rear elevation, mansard roof and a single-story extension above the ground floor commercial space, creating a communal garden to the centre of the site, at first floor level. The existing office to the retail area will also be converted into another residential unit.

The proposal also seeks to connect the site to the Camborne Avenue elevation, replacing the existing steps with a new residential frontage.

Heritage works, replacing damaged roof and external stonework repairs.

Conversion of a former serviced office building into 2 residential houses.

Demolition of an abandoned medical centre followed by construction of 6nr 4-bed semi-detached dwellings along with the associated infrastructure and external works.

Delicate roof, stonework, and rainwater goods repairs.

These three London projects all involve interior reconfigurations works; two include a large single-storey rear extension, and one also has an interesting loft conversion.

Demolition of existing building and erection of new five storey building to provide flexible use class A1 / A2 / A3 floor space at ground floor level and 8no self-contained flats above with associated, bike store, amenity space, refuse/recycling storage.

Provision of commercial washing facilities to a selection of Fire Stations, including extending hot and cold-water supplies and wastes, providing mechanical extraction, and associated builders work.

Conversion of existing office building into residential use under Permitted Development comprising 19 flats.

Extensive refurbishment of a listed building refurbishment including roof works, internals, externals, and upgrades to electrical and heating systems.

The works comprise replacement of shingles to the spire, refurbishment and regilding of the weathervane, and brickwork and tile repairs.

Vertical extension of the existing building, also to be reconfigured and refurbished to create additional residential units whilst retaining commercial units at ground floor.
