Redevelopment of the Former Sikh Temple Siri Guru Nanak Darbar, to accommodate 14 residential apartments with ancillary cycle and bin storage facilities.

Conversion commercial to residential; offices to 9 plus an additional 11 flats.

Alterations to the existing building to create an additional 5nr residential units and amenity space. The proposed will be facilitated by extension to the rear elevation, mansard roof and a single-story extension above the ground floor commercial space, creating a communal garden to the centre of the site, at first floor level. The existing office to the retail area will also be converted into another residential unit.

The proposal also seeks to connect the site to the Camborne Avenue elevation, replacing the existing steps with a new residential frontage.

These three London projects all involve interior reconfigurations works; two include a large single-storey rear extension, and one also has an interesting loft conversion.

Demolition of existing building and erection of new five storey building to provide flexible use class A1 / A2 / A3 floor space at ground floor level and 8no self-contained flats above with associated, bike store, amenity space, refuse/recycling storage.

The works comprise replacement of shingles to the spire, refurbishment and regilding of the weathervane, and brickwork and tile repairs.

Vertical extension of the existing building, also to be reconfigured and refurbished to create additional residential units whilst retaining commercial units at ground floor.

Berry Court Barn is a 15th century Grade I Listed Building that now requires a programme of repairs and structural works to ensure its long-term preservation.

Oak Barn is a Grade II listed 18th century barn located within the boundaries of a conservation area and a national park. The project comprises general repair works, improvement of existing insulation, and replacement of windows and rainwater goods.

The project involves demolition of existing garage and partial demolition of existing front boundary wall and erection of two storey side extensions at and a part single part two storey link extension with alterations to access, parking and front boundary walls.

Aura are doing a tremendous job designing and overseeing hi-end domestic refurbishment and interior design projects.

Major decommissioning project of a dis-used data centre.

The project involves extensive FRA works to a busy school.

The works comprise installation of PV panels across multiple blocks across the borough.

The works comprise internal and external alterations including replacement of non-original fenestration to the front and rear elevations, the replacement of the front elevation door at lower ground level and replacement of modern fenestration to the rear extension. Restoration and reconfiguration to provide five residential units, provision of amenity spaces in the rear courtyard and rear lightwell, creation of a terrace at ground floor level and at rear fourth floor level, and provision of waste storage and plant in basement.

We will be carefully repairing / rebuilding the frame, reinstating the brick infill as far as possible, covering the frame with a breathable render backer board and rendering with a lime render. The property is a Grade II* listed house.

The scheme involves creating a side extension at ground floor, replacing the conservatory with a smaller sunroom as well as minor interior layout changes.

The scheme involves reconfiguration of existing mixed-use property to provide 7nr flats, including mansard roof extension and retention of basement and ground floor commercial space.

The proposals for the site were for the demolition of the property and construction of 9nr new plots including detached and semi-detached houses with associated private gardens and car parking.

The proposed development was also to include an ‘L-shaped’ driveway providing the main entrance to all the proposed properties.

Currently in pre-planning, the two key parts of the expansion will be a ground floor rear extension and a loft conversion.

The project includes brickwork repairs, re-pointing, the replacement of any corroded balcony handrails and stanchions, repairs to some window lintels and sills, hacking out and replacing glazing putties where necessary, renewal of some window mastics, the removal of such paint film and adjustment as is necessary, and the redecoration of all previously painted exterior timber, metal and masonry surfaces.

The project involves significant extensions and refurbishment of a large, detached property and the construction of a garage/summer room.

The proposed redevelopment scheme at the site involves the refurbishment of an existing detached derelict residential home and the conversion of this property to 8nr apartments.

An additional 9nr new residential dwellings will also be constructed on the grounds. Waste storage, ancillary facilities, improved access, and soft landscaped communal and private gardens will also be provided as part of the scheme.

The project comprises brickwork repairs, repointing, and stone repairs to the walls and gate piers.
